Weapon - Gold Tooth (living weapon)

Has infinite bullets and can shoot any paranormal being. The bullets are shaped like teeth and a single one can deal massive damage. Capable of “bringing out” an enemy’s “weak spot”. Drawbacks include migraine attacks for several days after use.
